Pastor Rudolph White, Jr. is the founder and Senior Pastor of Christian Bible Church located in Missouri City, Texas. He has served the church faithfully for more than 20 years bridging the gap between the biblical culture and our modern culture through his unique style of preaching the word of God.
Pastor White has established himself through applied studies at Luther Rice Seminary, Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and has obtained his Bachelors of Biblical Studies degree from the College of Biblical Studies located in Houston, Texas. Pastor White went on to obtain his Master’s Degree from Faith Seminary in Tacoma, Washington. As a solid expositor, he has done extensive travel across the country, as well as, having developed himself with a broad-based knowledge of church administration, assimilation and evangelism.
As an active churchman he is involved with the Union Baptist Association, the Southern Baptist Convention, Baptist Minister’s Alliance, The Urban Alternative and sits on the Board of Directors of WHW Ministries. He is also deeply involved with Fort Bend Interfaith and is presently working with local Faith-Based agencies to help improve local area schools, as well as, the Fort Bend community.
Rudolph White, Jr. is a man with a vision that extends itself to doing great things to the glory of God. In 1993, Pastor White and the members of Christian Bible broke ground to erect what is now Christian Bible Church. Being a good steward of church finances Pastor Rudolph White, Jr. recently lead the members of Christian Bible to early retirement of their 15-year church mortgage having paid off their present church within a 7-year period, thus, saving more than $180,000 in interest alone.
Pastor White and his wife, Valarie, currently reside in Missouri City, Texas and together they have committed their lives and ministry to win the city of Missouri City for Christ. Having outgrown their present facility Pastor White and the members of Christian Bible Church have recently purchased 22 acres of land where a 35,000 square foot worship facility will soon be planted, they anticipate breaking ground this year in 2009. His ministry expands not only to meet the needs of his congregation but the community as well.
